    They play games.. quote one price, setup pickup.. then pickup date passes, promise pickup same day or next for an additional 100.00, that falls through and then they try to get an additional 100.00

    they do not issue refunds.. claim check is in mail from account department... big lie..

    Katie Williams (305) 677-0937 is a lier... says she issued refund to credit card, but can not prove it because she has changed merchants!!!!

  8. Do not do business with Reliable Auto Transport (Mike at 347-299-3974). Did not follow through with any pick up arrangements. Had to continually call him. He did not bother to follow up with me unless I called him. Very unreliable. He is unprofessional and ended up in a cursing match with me.
